I lived at Frankford Place for 3 years and wouldn't have moved except I was transferred with my job. There were some staff changes while I was there, but the new people were always professional and nice. Service and maintenance did not decline despite the changes. The new staff is the best they've had yet. The place always looks great and the staff is VERY service-oriented. I lived in the Dallas area for 12 years and regret not finding Frankford Place sooner!
