I've been here for 7 months now, and believe me "THANK GOOD" I'M LEVING SOON...

I've had my CAR broken in three times that I've been here. Office staff act like if nothing was going on. The lost the key of my apartment more then once, "Laslo" is the only best "thing" there, maintenance which he is the most reasonable person in there staff. THey keep loosing my rent or put it under someone esles apartment.
They keep blaming it on there new management well all this time I haven't seen anything good coming out of this apartments..

But it's not just this aparmtnets is the "AIMCO" Company who sucks big times. They are not responsible or friendle they just care about money nothing more...
So if your looking for an apartment...
Don't even think about moving into an "AIMCO" PROPERTY THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR MONEY...
