From day one had nothing but problems with sliding glass door, drains and fire place. The drains wont drain properly actually it began to over flow and the water wasnt running well evidently the people upstairs poured grease down the drain and it caused my sink to stop up and over flow...i called the emergency phone number and the lady got an attitude with me about 20 mins later someone showed up meanwhile my floor was flooded with nasty stinky water...the guy who "fixed" it said he got all the water up not to worry ...he didnt get the water up under the sink and it caused everything under neath to mildew (noticed the smell) not only that but when it happend again he pour some drain stuff down the sink and caused the sink to discolor (i better not be charged for that when i move out) not only the sink but he got it on my microwave that is alluminum color (looks horrible!!!) Dont move in here save yourself a headache! Oh yeah and on top of all that the break ins of cars!! My car was broken into and the raido stole...and my car wasnt the only one!
