I currently live here, and I would say this place is average. My family and I generally enjoy living here, however the complex has its problems, pretty much the same ones that any community in this price range has: old buildings with maintenance issues, occasional noise, etc. Maintenance service is decent. Staff is friendly, though not always helfpul. It is definitely not a dump like I've seen mentioned in another post, but the buildings could use some upgrading. In general, I would recommend this place to people.
The ONLY reason why I am searching this site and thinking about moving is that we've had some issues with some of the kids running around recently. Don't get me wrong--it's not that I don't want or expect that kids are going to play outside, but I think it is reasonable for me to expect that they shouldn't be messing with my vehicle or our plants outside our apartment. And these aren't little kids either, which wouldn't be so bad, but kids who are old enough to know better (at least middle-school aged). I've talked to the office a couple of times, and they don't seem to want to do anything about it. And I don't have the time to be monitoring my vehicle 24/7, especially since the kids stay out late after dark.
We really would like to stay, but our situation is really getting annoying. Does anyone have a similar situation with the kids being disrespectful of others' property' It would help me out to know so I can mention it when we speak to the office again.
