I lived in one of the townhouse style units here for a year. It was a great place to live. It's perfect if you have a dog because it's located right on the greenbelt. The management was always courteous and helpful, maintenance was prompt and efficient, and parking was a non-issue.

It seems to me, after reading several reviews on this site, that most posts are writtem by people with an axe to grind. Most people who have a good experience at a place aren't going to take the time to say something nice. But if you have a bad experience, you'll want to tell everyone about it. Frankford Place is a fine place to live.

I am a single mom with 2 dogs and I am considering these apartments. So far you are the only person on her that has anything positive to say. I have lived in 2 other apartments prior and I am concerned. I have never has a problem with neighbors or the neighborhood. It is management and maintenance I am concerned with. I will have to seriously consider my choices. Thank you.

stay away....... the community manager is as smart as a grape fuit, and has the heart of the devil. everyone else in the office is super cool, very helpful, what happened to that black kid that worked in the office? he was very funny, and always nice to speak with.
