Nice place to live

I moved to Frankford Place from out of state. It was the first time in many years that I had lived in an apartment and I was apprehensive about doing it because I like quiet & I go to bed early. I have been pleassantly surprised by Frankford Place. The staff is very, very nice. Any maintenance issues I've had have been handled quickly and efficiently. The grounds are well-kept. The trash dumpster does stack up on occasion, but that is my only complaint. My water bill has been very reasonable.
