I have lived here for 2 years. In that two years lots of unfortunate things have happened.

Just a quick list: our toilets backed up raw sewage into our apartment 2 different times because of how much rainfall we were getting, and it took 2 days for someone to come out and look at our place. 2 DAYS with raw sewage on the floor in the bathroom, which overflowed onto our carpet in our living room. The pad under the carpet was replaced, but the carpet with sewage on it was left, and they never cleaned it.

One of the maintenance men (Santos) doesn't fix anything properly, which has resulted in numerous trips just to fix our shower, stove, and faucets.

The complex was having trouble with our boilers (which is understandable) but we went without hot water in our apartment for OVER 1 MONTH. No hot water to wash clothes with, and the worst was COLD SHOWERS every morning for a month!!

Our garbage disposal hasn't worked from day 1, we have notified the complex numerous times, and two years later it is still broken.

Our sink started leaking water, and with our kitchen we have a bar, so the drywall below the bar area got water logged and collasped. It took one month, and 4 separate trips to fix it. One time they came and cut out the old drywall, next time they came they put up new drywall, the next time they came they sanded it, and on the fourth trip they finally painted it.

Everytime it rains our roof leaks into the second bedroom's closet. They have looked at it twice, and both times said they fixed it, but everytime it rains we get a significant amount of rain in the closet.

The building across the parking lot started sinking, and was noticeably bad. If you put a marble on the kitchen cabinets, or table, or bathroom cabinets it would roll right off. They left the apartments like this for more than 1 year, before fixing them.

Melinda is the office manager, and if you put in a call to her, good luck getting a call back. She never returns phone calls. Literally, I'm not exaggerating, NEVER.

The worst thing of all!!!!! I have lived here for 2 years, and NEVER, not once made a late rent payment. I take care of my apartment, we don't make any noise, I am a single parent with grown kids, we don't cause problems with our neighbors or anything like that. I told the complex that I was planning on moving out, and gave them the 60 days notice that was necessary according to my lease contract. They rented my apartment and told me that the new residents were moving in on October 13th, and that I had to be out of the apartment by the 6th so they had about a week to do whatever. Yesterday, October 2nd, they left a notice on my door that said if I wasn't out by that night they were going to call the cops and have me evicted. I called the corporate headquarters and put in a complaint first thing on that morning of October 2nd. The headquarters told me the complex was not allowed to do that, and that I could have until the 6th to move out, like I had been told. But had I not called the HQ, I would have been escorted out of my apartment by police!!!

This apartment looks like income limited housing, or section 8. Not taken care of, have residents who are extremely creepy, someone offered to sell my children drugs, not a safe home for kids or women.

BUYERS BEWARE, STAY AWAY..... this complex isn't worth it, plus they have raised their prices a lot recently, and are now renting above the market price.......

Just about the only thing I can say about this complex is that they have good parking.
