This is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in due to a number of reasons. First and foremost the place is a dump, everything looks 1980ish and it's obvious there have been little to no renovations done. I have numerous times requested major items to be replaced such as the toilet, bathtub, garbage disposal etc only to have them come by and basically put a bandaid on the problem or throw some paint or plaster over something. And to make things really creepy one day I awoke and opened up my bedromm door and their was this short Mexican dude standing there, it was a maintanace person who I was not informed would be there and he just took it upon himself to enter my apartment with total disregard. I promptly kicked him out and told him to come back when I said it was ok. I was tempted to ask him for his greencard which I dought he had. Secondly there are some very creepy charachters and happenings going on. A massive party was recently broken up by the Carrollton police, gang bangers, ghetto city galore, people were arrested, lots of underage drinking and they troublemakers/partyers were evicted thank God! There is usually noise of some sort outside and there is one group of -------- who think Cynco DeMayo is every night, told em to keep it down or else. Ignorant third World sh-t heads! The laundry rooms are now locked because someone broke into the soft drink machine..nice! You need a key to get in which is ok but the criminals/vandals made this happen. Utility bills are expensive because of the antiquated cooling and heating systems. Thirdly the staff always promises to have some one over or fix something the next day and it rarely happens. This is a place that is no better than a quick stop until one finds something better which there are many places out there and I mean many! Don't waste your time unless your a ghetto dwelling drug dealer!
