I have to admit that I loved the area, and the neighbors were friendly, but the complex had a dark side to it. My home was falling apart literally. I found out after I moved in (within a month), that the foundation was bad. Maintenance had to replace my door three times and then that's when it happened...The Walls began to shift and there was a big hole which was suspiciously covered, that began to show by my child's window. I was deeply upset and made clear that it was not right to allow somebody to move into a place with a faulty foundation. On a good note, I was allowed to get out of my lease.
