I have lived her for almost 5 years and have to say that I was not happy at first about the ownership changing; however, this company has done more to upgrade the facilities than Aimco ever did. I tried for 3 years to get my broken window fixed with Aimco and Kirsty had it done in less than 2 days for me. I was a little leary of the work, but I think the changes are good. Until you have walked a mile in their shoes, don't criticize so much. Give them a chance to do what they are doing for the good of the community. Yes, I am sure rents will go up some, but it is not as hard on current tennants as it is for newcomers, stay a while and establish yourself then you don't have to worry about such high rents. They are always higher on those who hop around to a new community every year. You are renting for goodness sake you can't expect everything to be just the way you think it should and would be if you owned your own place. Be patient and be kind then the favor will come back around to you as well. I wouldn't want to be any where else right now. They are trying to get used to us as we are them and there are alot more of us than there are employees, everyone is polite and nice and there isn't alot of trouble in the neighborhood that affects our apartments. Be thankful for what you have, believe me things could be alot worse.

It's not that bad, the apt. seens to be on par with other complex/staff. My girlfriends passanger side window was smashed in for a portable game. My covered motorcycle was stolen early morning on October 2008 and it was locked, and disk locked. It's not safe. And I've filed 2 cases of criminal theft, one of which was GRAND THEFT AUTO. FOR ANYONE considering this apt. it's not a bad place, it has okay prices... AS for the staff. They are just as annoying or nice as any other apt, staff. However, when I reported that my bike was stolen, the lady at the counter smiled and said sorry.

Then new management staff has NEVER once told me what they can do FOR me, but only what they are going to do TO ME. They've laughed at me and filed on my one time when I told them I was going to be late on my rent only 2 weeks. They simply don't care about us, period. We are merely numbers to them.
