Getting Better All The Time....

Originally from Grapevine, Frankford Place was not nearly as nice as our old apartments, but we wanted to be in Creekview High School's area (because it's an excellent school) so we stayed. The apartments have gotten progressively nicer since we've lived here.
When Cres Management originally took over, we were very worried that things were going to change for the worse. Change they did, but definitely not for the worse. Since Cres took over they have made some unbelieveable and very needed changes. I can't even imagine how much money they've spent trying to make Frankford Place a nicer address to call home.
They have painted all of the buildings, stairs and doors, fixed windows, put beautiful screens on all of the windows, brought the staircases to code, worked on landscaping, and fixed some major problem areas in the parking lot.
I have given them 4 or 5 stars on all of the areas in this review, and I consider myself to be a pretty tough judge.
I have lived here for over three years and never had a safety concern. On numerous occasions I have gone out to my car only to realize that I left it completely unlocked the entire night, and I haven't ever had anything stolen. We leave our apartment unlocked occasionally and never worry that something is going to be missing. At night during the summer we leave our balcony sliding glass door open, and the windows open, again without issue.
The side of the complex that we live on is extremely quiet. Despite the occasional loud music when people are coming home on Friday or Saturday night, it's extremely quiet.
As far as the office staff goes, I don't have a clue what everyone else is talking about. Kristi is fantastically nice, and has gone out of her way (on numerous occasions/for many different reasons) to make sure my family is comfortable here, and that we are happy. She probably puts on a tough face for residents who are continually a problem, and who can blame her'!
The people on here who are bad mouthing the office staff might consider growing some balls and approaching them as an adult, in a mature way and voicing their concerns. My mom and I tend to be extremely demanding, and ALL of our concerns (without exception) have been met with smiling faces, and prompt responses.
The first three years that we lived here, we kept telling ourselves it was just a temporary stop over, and that we wanted to get out. Now that Cres has taken over, if we don't get our jobs transferred, we will be happy to stay.

You're an idiot and most likely a piece of white trash. Here's a great adjective for you, insatiable... (need a dictionary?) or as shole you pick. It's narcissistic egomaniacs like you that make the world hard for everyone else. If you don't like it here then try this: LEAVE. I googled trailer parks for you, there's one in Plano that I'm sure you'd love.
