I have lived here since CRES management took over and absolutely love the girls in the office!!! I was completely starting over when I got here and they have been very helpful in every aspect of the moving process and everyday since. The property always looks beautiful and I rarely have issues with my apartment. Frankford Place has definetly come a LOOOONG way!!! WAY TO GO GUYS!!! Anyone complaining about the trivial little things has it all wrong. All the new things they have done for us is amazing. They are resonably priced and billings are not outrageous as others mentioned. Everyone is just not used to people actually doing their jobs how they are supposed to be done. Its not fair that I pay the same for water as someone in the same size apartment with 4 people. They just adjusted the bills from what the previous company must have been doing wrong. I happen to be one of the people that cant afford a gym membership or even internet at the moment so little perks like a 24 hr fitness center or business center is been greatly appreciated. Recently I was laid off and they even worked with me on my rent! Would definately recommend to anyone.

Maintenance is getting better also now that Jesse is back on the property. I was going to move, but decided to transfer to a smaller apartment and stay here at Frankford Place. As long as maintenance is good, I will stay a resident.

Dont get me wrong I still had to pay late charges! But they didnt kick me out like my last property threatened to do. I was able to pay it out over the month. But i worked hard and got myself back on track....
