I have been living here for about a month now and absolutely love it! The office staff was really friendly and helpful when I was looking for an apartment and have been ever since. The apartments are pretty quiet and there is a good mix of people around. I love being able to meet my neighbors when I use the resident business center or at the events that the staff puts on. I definately recommend living at Frankford Place!!!

LMAO!!! I can't help but notice that like 5 or 6 of the SUPER positive reviews were written on the same date. I highly doubt that a handful of tenants all decided to log on to apartmentratings.com on the same day just to urge others to move in...especially considering a manager submitted a response to one on the same day, too. I was seriously considering moving here but I'm concerned about the state of things when the manager has to log on and write false reviews to boost the complex' ratings. It's such a shame. They could AT LEAST have been smart about it and spread out the reviews over time. LOL!
