While the townhomes are OK we ran into many hassles in our time there. The first unit we lived in had MANY people living in the unit next door who repeatedly parked either in our spot or behind us. The sprinklers went off at weird times of day and directly in front of our door so that we couldn't get in or out. Shrubbery next to our door was never replaced.

You pay a cleaning fee when you move in here so that you don't have to clean the unit when you leave. Despite this the second unit we moved into had not been cleaned and had mediocre carpet. However we were charged to REPLACE the carpet in our old unit. When questioned they had no explanation as to why we were given crap carpet and the other unit was getting new. Then to add insult to injury, upon moving out they tried to charge us for cleaning AND for the carpet!!!
