Standards have gone down with each new manager

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I lived here for two years, great manager when I moved in but the last two have seen a steady decline in standards. The same with maintenance. The guy that's been here for the past year or so is crap, can't fix anything. I know several people moved out just because he is so incompetent.
