I live in there for on 6 months. If you are not -----, rolling in money, or kiss up to ----- the manager then take my advice and do not lease from these's people. They do not want to work with you even if it is there afault. If the managment does like you they will lose your check, claim to you that they never recieved it, refuse to work with you, do not respect your family nor your will you feel at home. I always seen kids fighting outside, drug dealing going on in the back area especially by the pool. I had one 30 something year old man tring to follow my 10yr daughter from school. Do you really think the office help my family' No. instand the management gave me a fine because my daughter was outside of the townhome cring scared and all they thought about was to get me out. Why cause I am a single parent and a mix race and everyone in the office always dis-respect my family and did not care. If your not ----- this is not a place for you. Honey, ----- was over here at Rosemeade Townhomes (where I live), and she was GREAT. In fact, I wish she was back here. She was real "take charge". It sounds like you have some major personal problems that really aren't the concern of the office management. It's more of a police concern with your daughter. Oh, and PLEASE don't influence your daughter with your obvious illiteracy and general ignorance.

Your issues are a matter of your perception (which I believe comes from anger) and not on any concrete evidence of misconduct on the part of this apt complex. If you really believe you are being discriminated against contact the Fair Housing Commission and file a formal complaint. As for your child being followed home from school...that is a matter for THE POLICE. Any intelligent parent would have contacted them immediately. Do you have any relevent information regarding the conditions of this apt complex to offer to potential tenants????

Drug Dealing at the pool? Next to a Middle school? Stalkers? Come on, Officer -------- lives on complex and drives through often, I've never seen this activity. More like Girl Scouts & sports & band members, just drive through the parking lot and look at the Stickers on cars. As for -----, she is thorough, fair and very courteous. She follows through and insures our complex is safe, well cared for and the residents are served.
