I went and looked at these townhomes today. It's nice they have a 3 bedrrom for under $1000. The community was very quiet when I went. I dont' know about when school is in or out or at night, but it was nice when I went. Ashley was very nice as well. We decided to go with a different community instead, but would reccomend looking here.
