I have lived here almost 2 years and had no trouble at all. All requests are handled quickly and the staff is pleasant and responsive. If you are looking for a quite place, this is it. It's a very small complex and you get to know alot of your neibors. The two negative things are, no pets at all and the apartments are a little dated but good sized. All in all this is a great place if you are into peace and quite. Oh and free basic cable too.
