Hillside is a quiet community that is secluded from other apartment complexes, which is a big plus. It is bordered by middle income housing along the back, a greenbelt along the front, and Creekview High on the side. It is an integrated community of families and I rarely have heard any disturbances. In every dealing I have had with the management, they have shown that they care about the upkeep of their property and the satisfaction of their tenants. I never have seen any insects in my apartment because the proprty is treated on a routine basis. I share the apartment with my daughter and have never feared for her safety or my own. Hillside is truly the best kept secret.
