New manager in placed falls very short of the job. She will tell you what you want to hear but will not follow through on any repairs.
No follow through on repair orders.
What about 3 floods in one year due to lousy construction. Management attitude is extremely rude when dealing with their water floods due to bad construction and their maintenance team.
You will be left to deal with your own water flood - do not count on this management team to be responsible for their own repairs. The maintenance also flooded my apartment by accident when they forgot to put the hose back in the drain. Why they were using the washing machine for a faulty hot water heater (which to date is not repaired).
You will experience very high utilities due to sub-standard air conditioning and heating units. Apartments windows and doors do not seal so expect to be as cold or hot as temperature is on outside.

It is too bad you had a challenging time at the HIllside. I don't understand it. Everytime I needed anything it was ALWAYS done in a timely, professional manner. My utilities were always just as I expected. I enjoyed my tiem at the Hillside community.

My ice machine broke and water was in my kitchen a few inches deep, I called the office and maintaince was at my apartment in 5 minutes and the ice machine was fixed within the hour. They do a great job here, and I have lived here for over 2 years now.
