i just called to get pricing because i was considering moving here when my lease is up. the rep on the phone sounded clueless, and these apartments rent for more than brand new apartments off of hebron, with crown molding and garden tubs! these apartments are more expensive and were built in the 1980s. also, the pet fee is based on whether the carpet is new or used when you move in, which means you have to pay for whether the previous tenant had to have the carpet replaced or not. this complex seems wacky and clueless, no way i'm moving here! they need to check their prices against the comparables in the area and adjust accordingly!

So you didn't even live here and you screw up their rating? Maybe if you read the reviews you would see that the place is worth the price. It's the best complex I ever lived in. I really miss it when I'm waiting for maintenance with a leaky roof in the place I live now.
