A years worth of experience

The complex is old, circa 1984, but fairly well maintained. However, the floorplans have to be the worst I've ever encountered in my life as even in my one bedroom, I had to have two front doors, not including a window between the two doors and a sliding glass door to the patio (some old stupid city ordinance). The price for the apartment is cheaper now and though the staff was extremely helpful and responsive, they didn't seem like they wanted to retain quality renters and wanted turnover, which in the rental business is not good practice.
One last thing, the utilities are very high as they have some 3rd rate electric company charging twice the normal fee. In fact, they went bankrupt while I was there and never got back my $150 deposit.
