The person who wrote the last review OBVIOUSLY has issues w/the complex because they did not get their deposit back(Probably was a filthy pig). The apartments are old , everyone knows that, but they were built better than some of the new apartments in the area (If you don't believe me, check out Emery Bay or Springs of Indian Creek) not lived in the complex for more than 2yrs, so, things have changed since thn . The electric company is CoServ, I live in a 2 br and my light is about $90 amoth , on avaerage. The property is clean and mgmt is awesome . I do not work for them , I 'm just a tenant that has pride in her property . So before you pass judgement , stop by and see it for yourself
