This place is getto!! The management is real screwy. They tried to tell me that i had to pay for my adt alarm system...nope there full of it, among several other things. The electric bill cost more in my two bedroom then in my friends 3 bedroom house, and i work 10 hour shifts 6 days a week (so i'm never home and i don't leave anything running). Any money they can get from you they'll try there hardest to do and to make up excuses to get it. I have no idea where they got there workers at either. With the managers and workers together they're still a couple beers short of a six pack and anyone that lives there i'm sure agrees. There's little gang bangers walking around with there red/blue do-rags spray painting things. Plus, there's been several cars that have been broken into. The place very well seems like section 8 housing if you don't believe me drive through it at night. As for assigned carport parking...i have it and there's really no use for it. I'm always coming home to someone parking in my spot and geez come on we live in the getto who really wants to have someones car towed who will in return will treat your car to a rim-less make over. Oh but management got smart and now we have decals..lol. I will tell anyone to run from these apartments in particular...the area is great though. Alot of shopping and your close to everything. As soon as my lease is up...SEE YA! And if you consider this place...becareful of the management they're not on your side no matter how young and nice they seem.
