Since I have been here, the maintenance staff and office staff have been nothing but courteous and prompt. They are willing to work with you on just about anything, and try to have events to get the residents involved. It's nice to have a good staff. I have paid for parking space, so parking is not a problem for me. It's not a problem for my boyfriend, who often visits, either. The kids tend to get a bit loud, but they are kids. For the most part, they seem to be friendly, polite kids though. The neighbors here tend to look out for each other, and the apartment is a good value. You don't find space like this for the money anywhere else. The only issue I might have is with the large electricity bill. I barely ran my heat this winter, and my bills were almost $200. Otherwise, this place is awesome.
