A flyer on my door reads:
"Tell somebody! Any resident who submits a positive rating to ApartmentRatings.com between April 1st and April 15, 2009 will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 Visa gift card..."

| I would just like to clarify that the flyer actually read, "Any resident who submits a rating to ApartmentRatings.com..." etc. This notice did not specify that the rating must be positive to be entered in the drawing, and you yourself would have been eligible, had you returned the entry. At LumaCorp, we value ApartmentRatings as an window on the resident experience, and want to know both the good, so we know where to recognize acheivement, and the bad, so we know where to improve. Unfortunately, it is a useless tool without new postings, so we were simply attempting to make it worth our residents' time to make a posting. -Ian Mattingly, Regional Supervisor | |

Are you serious?! I moved out the begining of the year....sounds like it was just in time. That is pathetic! Any company that needs to bribe people to give them good ratings has serious issues. They just damned themselves!
