If you have bad credit and have very little choice, this place may seem like a great place compared to crackhead motel. If you have decent credit I strongly urge you not to move here!!!
I hated this place enough when I lived there. Now that I have moved out' I hate it even more. They stick you with insane fees for carpet that was dirty and used when you moved in. All so they can replace it with, what they claim to be, better carpet. The apartments are so dim and dark. I'm not lying when I say I started having depression issues when I lived there. No matter how many lights/lamps you had you couldn't brighten the place. There were constant safety concerns there. I made friends with many of the people that lived there and they all had the same feelings I had. Upon moving out, they all received the same stupidity I have. I have never owed any apartment when leaving but I owe ALOT to them. You can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartments; The cars are constantly being scratched up by clumsy people; You pay for covered parking and people park in your spot yet the front office won't/can't do anything about it so it's an absolute waste....I need to stop because I could be here all night!

Clearly you feel that the charges levied upon your move-out. We attempt to be consistent in our application fo charges, so if you will contact me at 214-361-6666x103, I would be very interested in knowing more and seeing what I may be able to do to assist with this concern. You also made a comment that you did not enjoy living at Indian Creek. I would very much like to know what made your experience unpleasant, as we are always striving for new ways to improve.
