I've lived here for a while now. probably about 1 year 3 months or so. Its pretty quiet, and the maintenence and office staff are friendly enough. the best thing i like about them is that they are all bills paid. usually that would draw the unwanted attention that apartments don't like but must take in order to stay in business. this isn't the case here. i like it. its nice enough and for the money i dont' think there's a better deal.
