I lived here october of 05 to october of 06. This place is great if you dont like A/C, or if you enjoy a train being twenty feet from your apartment, or if you you wanna be on Dallas Swat, or if you dont want to go any further than fifty feet to buy whatever drugs you want. I saw a lot of crazy stuff in that one year, it was an experience but one I wouldnt mind forgetting. My friends had their vehicles broke into, SWAT kicked down our neighbors door because of selling drugs, there were constantly fights in the parking lot which always led to property damage. My car was smashed twice by another vehicle on two seperate occasions that stemmed from some of these fights. The managment hired security guards after the first fight, but the security guards watched it all go down the second time, they just hid until the cops showed up. And no nothing ever came of that, I spent 3000 dollars to fix the body damage on my car and the person parked next to me actually had her car totalled. So if your young, single, broke, and just a little thrown off this place is for you, for everyone thats not run. Oh yeah, managment tried to screw me out of a months rent when I was moving out, they said we didnt turn in our sixty day move out notice in time. They had actually scribbled out the dates that me and the other lease holder wrote on the paper work and put in different dates. I guess they forgot they gave us copies the day we signed our intent to leave. We didnt have a problem with bugs and we couldnt hear our neighbors thats the only positives I have. Serioulsy though your A/C will never work.
