Ummm hello THEFT !!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
I lived there for 6 mos and that was all I needed to move. It was a quiet, quaint cute apartment.... I thought and management was eager to move me in. At first I was pleased with the apartment but coming from a small town I thought it was a bit pricey... oh well live and learn right (now I realized it was actually a little cheaper than most) However within 5 mos my apartment got broken into not once but twice. The first time I didn't say anything I was just thinking ok I'm in a big city it's to be expected. The second time I came home noticed my french doors were cracked after being gone for 2 weeks (yes they were locked but the way they were set up could be pushed open from the outside at the same time)... I went immediately to the manager without going in my house and she told me that she had never had any theft at all at the complex and that she thought it was my friends because nothing has ever happend, but that she did notice my doors were cracked (she lived next to me) and didn't even shut them or see if anything was wrong. I moved out shortly after that maybe 2 weeks I had enough. That was ridiculous, never had any problem with maintenance but the water wasn't always hot or stay hot very long. Anyways just a warning, it looks nice and inviting in a great neighbor hood but make sure your doors won't open and your car is secure and locked up.
