These apartments are a joke. I have lived in these apartments for the last 3.5 years and I must tell you, it has been one of the most horrible experiences of my life. As stated in the previous post, the maintenance is laughable. There are only 2 maintenance men at any time, and the only one (Dave) that has been there my entire time living there, is always the worst one.
Inside my unit there was black mold growing in all of the vents, and no matter how many times that I have complained, as far as I know, nothing yet has been done.
Please take my advice, and stay away from Lakeside Apartments.
