By the time my lease is up at the end of Sept. '04, I will have lived here for 16 months. I started in a small 1/1 and then moved to a 2/2.5 townhouse. Overall, the property is getting better thanks to Deborah the Manager. She is working on getting the undesirable residents out. The only issues I have had are with our next door neighbors and the police having to be called a couple of times for domestic disputes. The only other issues I have had is with their answering service not relaying messages to the office and the previous maintenance person. I will however not deal with Megan in the office, I have found her to be extremely rude and unprofessional at times. Deborah is a wonderful manger. Eddie is wonderful. I have never had any issues with thefts in either my apartment or vehicles and I keep two on the property. The owners are starting a renovation so there are ongoing improvements to the parking area, pool, office and exterior of the buildings.

there are no renovations and havent been any for some time. we just moved from there and Deborah was never helpful and she was always hateful when we had problems. she never assisted anyone or made sure things were fixed when needed to be. and she complained about little things but never could help out in return and had always wanted the money on the 1st when there is a limit to 3 days and people were evicted after the 3rd day when the lease say 30 days.

Deborah is so nosy and rude. She hates children and is so mean. She does get mad about little problems, and she's so lazy and her office workers are so rude. I've talked to my children and they hate her also. The matienece is so poor but eddy is so kool. Well im done
