1 Small ghetto
2 Poor outside lighting very unsafe
3 Maintenance unqualified
4 Enter premises without notice
5 Walls are paper thin (things you don't want to here come through)
6 If you have children there is no place for them to play the management will tell them to play in the parking lot
7 Bug problems
8 No yard - dirt
9 Excercise room - Over 50% of equipment broken
10 Outdated appliances
11 No enforcement of pet policy - Tenants do not pick up after their pets so be careful where you step!
12 Office personnel unreliable do not follow office hours don't care when a complaint is made
13 Drug activities
14 Abandoned cars left in parking lot
15 No easy access into complex without having to make a u turn somewhere!
