This apartment complex needs a new property owner and manager. Things do not get repaired in a timely manner. Its never been 24-48 hrs after complaint....more like 48-96 hrs later or more. If there were 120 pages for my reason of concern I would use every line. I love the layout/floorplans, prices, and my apartment is spacious and "comfortable". The problem lies with the staff and maintenance. Once you sign on the dotted line......you become "second". On the lease, where is states that they have 24hr "EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE" Im here to let you know....it's never happened. There is always an excuse for why the emergency call was not answered. EVERYTIME I'VE CALLED! I pay my rent on time-everytime and never been late. The staff has changed in the 3 years I've lived here. There have been 4 or more staff memebers leave. That should give some sort of explanation about this place. My air conditioner broke down in May. (summer) I was without air from Friday until Monday afternoon with two small children in my home. Temperature was 99 outside the entire weekend. When I asked what my compensation would be, seeing how they couldnt fix it until Monday, I was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do! That was the last straw for me. I do not deserve to put up with lazy managers who NEVER go with out air in the summer!!! I am a law abiding citizen who lives a regular life paying bills and raising a family. I will be leaving here at end of my lease and I will be sure to pass the word on that I would not recommend Lakeside apartments to anyone. I am a very honest and trustworthy person whom is not on here to raise cain.....just stating the facts! Gook Luck!
