I dont live there but am looking to rent in the area and am appalled at the comments made regarding the conditions. So nosy nancy that I am I went looking to find who owns these apartments. For anyone wanting what I found here goes:
At Dallascad.org (Appraisal site for all properties in Dallas county) I first found out that the current owner is listed as
LAKESIDE ASSOCIATES LP
STE 555
901 WATERFALL WAY
RICHARDSON, TEXAS 750806700
Forrent.com states the name of the owning company as Suncase Corporation..Could find nothing further on that except that it appears to be a locally owned company.
A reverse address search at whitepages.com for the address I found at dallascad.org shows that the address is being currently occupied by Ansam Incorporated. Their address and phone number are below for anyone wanting to write or call them regarding the situation at your apartments.
