if you decide to move to lakeside be sure and become friends with the manager you then can get FREE COVERED PARKING, REDUCED RENT if you are in her scrap-booking 'click' ex. her friend moved from a 2 bd.room to a 1 bd.room at the new tenant move in special price at $499.00, gee us other 1 bd.room tenants would like that good price but told we dont get it 'cause we arent new move-ins,well niether is her friend,also if you are family the same GREAT deal applys to you also!! as the other post stated yes its true the lighting at night is BAD very dim, pet policy not enforced,also maintence is under qualified i have no confidence in them takes 2-3 return visits to correctly fix problems. you wouldnt believe the backwards way they rig things up ugly,unprofessional workmanship. i will be moving from here in 2 1/2 mth. when my lease is done. sorry but 2 thumbs down mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I totally DISAGREE with that comment. When i ask Maintenance to fix something they fix it immediately and it's done correctly. Maybe if you would be nice to them they would come to you faster. I'm totally happy here, I speak to the manager quite frequently and i still pay for covered parking and DONT get a discount on RENT! I say it's a GREAT place to live.
