The city of carrollton should be ashamed to let this place remain operational'Pools so unsafe omg!Violations everywhere things falling apart dangerous for kids .Kids getting hurt toooooo many code violations.Wires exposed rigging things up. Rude staff and thiefs in office that steal deposits.manager plays favs.I cant believe its not shut down.Drugs and crime rampant!kids out of control!!!! This place is so ghetto its pitifull.HOw can the city allow this place to be as it is . They give office prior warning so they can rigg things temp. to playcate city. Maintance are illegal immagrants working cant speak english . Fire safety is not a concern no fire extishers.City of carrollton and lakeside are Slum LORDS to allow these kind of conditions to happen.Dont rent from here you might get hurt from cruddy maintance and lack of care from management they dont care! Words of advise RUN RUN TO ANOTHER PLACE.The price is a joke for all the violations there are like exposed wireing and rusted air units that constantly break down and leave you hot and out of luck .The mnagement dont care i swear they dont.They landry room constantly breaks down and no hot water to wash.Vandilism rampant and no lighting hardly get jacked. Cops over there all the time its like farmers branch !!!!!!!!Your a fool if you rent here a total fool managers friends write good things about this place there lies all lies look at all the neg remarks about this place verses the good hmmmmmmm go figure .

Are you you an immigrant officer that you know for a fact that the workers are illegals or is it that you are against any hispanic working? As for the managers, to me they seem very nice, and no I am not a friend nor family member, but I respect people and because of the respect I show I get respect in return. You make this place sound like New York City and I know for a fact it is nothing like New York City because I am a New Yorker, so my advise is to stop making a mountain out of a mole hill, just to get revenge on the complex because of something they did that you did not like, and grow up and act like an adult.

I admit that maybe the phrasing of the previous post is a little much, but I have to agree with them. I don't necessarily find the people in the office rude, but I do feel like there is a lack of caring by the management. If they cared, then the office would not be closed every time I try to go by there regardless of what the hours on the door says. I have tried to go by at 5:15 and even though the hours says 5:30 they were closed. Since the majority of the people that live here are working people this shows a lack of caring because most people can't get by at any other time. I have also found that it takes a long time for the work orders to be completed. Also, I have had to make too many work orders since being here. I am not a rude person, and respect is a huge thing for me and yet, I still feel like there is a lot lacking at this apartment. I would not recommend it and plan on leaving when my lease is up.
