I have lived here for three years and the conditions here are deplorable. Here is a list of things that have occurred in this apartment complex, and/or things I have witnessed during my time here.

1) There are faulty electronics, that could lead to a fire...such as flickering lights, exposed wires, non-working outlets and lights.
2) I have asked the apartment staff to send maitenance men to my apartment over a dozen times, and I have never gotten anything fixed. For example, my garbage disposal is leaking, and my air filters have never been changed.
3) Since last June, which was a particularly wet month, black mold has been growing in the hallways, and in my laundry room. The hallways have old, mildewed carpet leading to every door, which has never been replaced.
4) There have been two incidents of vandalism and theft: one to my vehicle, and one to my friend's vehicle.
5) A man who lived in this apartment complex, who has since been convicted--kidnapped, raped, killed and burned a woman from Denton. No joke.
6) The cost of rent is easily $250 over the amount of money anyone should pay for apartments, especially in the Carrollton area. I can't believe these apartments have not been demolished--or at least closed down by the city health department until serious changes can be made.
7) I believe that there are occasions in the past that money orders for my rent have been stolen, and/or someone in the office scammed me. The office manager agreed that it had been stolen.

I feel sorry for the children that live here. Fortunately, I am moving out this month. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

OMG, you are right about 5) A man who lived in this apartment complex, who has since been convicted--kidnapped, raped, killed and burned a woman from Denton. No joke. I heard that the guy lived in those apartments it was on the news. I work right by the place where they found the body and i know you are not telling a liew about that. my co-worker went to school with the young lady who was killed :(
