My lease will be up in May and I can't wait. The new managers are very rude and sneaky. They will not fix anything in the apartments. We have put in several requests to have things in our apartment fix and there has been nothing done. I have left messages for the corporate office with no call back. The roofs on almost all of the apartments leak and they say they fix them but when it rains again it is leaking in the same place. The toilet has been leaking in one of the bathrooms the whole time we have been here and they have not fixed it. The stairs are not put down all the way and there are nails sticking out of them. They just put a rail up after requesting it for the whole year of the lease. When I first moved in the apartments I lvoved them. My manager was awesome when I first moved in I loved her. Now the managers are very prejudice against anyone but Hispanic people. I would not recommend them to anyone.

i know, the manger is a hispanic chick, who tryed to act black when someone of color speaks to her......HOOD i tell you.
