Lived here for a year

Moved in last year. At first nice and beautifully designed complex, but after a few months of living there quality went down considerably. Moved in under the assumption that paying more for a nice and safe place to live meant better quality and getting a little bit more, definitely not the case.
There are two gates in the front of the complex; at least one is always broken and wide open. Also the arms they recently installed to stop cars piggy backing in are just plain 2x4 that give it that amazing white trash eye appeal.
Parking is a horrendous, guests always park in resident parking and I dont think towing has been enforced once in the year I lived here. Staff in office is always changing and majority of the time I always end up talking to a temp that has no idea whats going on. The business center with its two computers always seems like its overrun with kids, and the computers are reflecting it. The wall and flooring were built to thin.
At one time I loved the design of the complex, the layout of the apartments, and that everything was brand new.
Not at all worth the price.
