They do have thier prolems with trash and parking but I have never ever seen any fights or rude people here even the office people are nice you may ahve to call a few times for maintenance if they are busy but they really try to work with you. Every apartment complex is going to have its problem but This isn't a bad neighborhood or I wouldn't be here
