well here are the positive things about living here:

1. the Staff are very friendly and always looking for ways to improve the place as well and make more "extras" like flavored coffees, and have little tenant luncheons and dinners as well as all kinds of entertainment during the month.

2. the place has a car washing facility at the back. how many places have that... really people. we are spoiled. also we have a business center with two computers, a huge TV we can reserve to watch movies of play games on and a work out center. outfited with TVs.

3. there is a park in the center for the kiddies and a pool and BBQ pits located all over the grounds.

4. the inside of the apartments are nicely furnished with good quality appliances not to mention a dryer and washer.

5. the freaking HUGE garden tub. makes me shiver with anticipation each time i get in.

6. the 10 foot ceilings and crown molding.

7. computerized AC where you can custom set the temp for 4 different settings through out the day.

8. the kitchen cabinets have real live handles on them. In all my apartment searches, so many places don't have these.

9. the sun room options if you don't want a porch.

10. the tons of closet space.

11. and all the extra special little nicesties that i missed.

not so good things:

1. the walls are thin. i can hear my neighbors above me having sex all the time, thankfully it makes me laugh alot because i can hear everything. I can say this much the girl seems to enjoy herself *laugh*

2. the parking is a bit weird. not really any order to it but i suppose it could be worse.

3. the dog stations for cleaning up poop aren't stationed in convient spots.

4.the paint job is neat but it takes away the effect of two tone when the crown molding isn't taped off first before painting it, instead someone has just eyeballed it instead.

5. yes there is a car wash but the handle to the sprayer seems to be broken last i checked.

6. my kitchen sink seems to not have the spray part fixed correctly to the base.

7. Yes there is a pool but no hot tub but i heard that it was something they are thinking about.

8. some tenants don't follow the trash day guidelines.

well i think that's all of it. I feel safe and sound here other then one time a neighbor who was just trying to be friendly knocked on my door late at night and kinda spooked me, he ment well but there are just times you don't go knocking on doors of strangers.
