Great apartment, poor management

I've lived at Marbella Villas for almost a year now. I like my neighbors, love the location, love the floorplan. I always felt safe here. I can hear my neighbors every once in a while, but I am hardly ever home so it's not enough to bother me. For a while there was a major dog issue, lots of dogs without leashes roaming the property and owners not picking up after their pets. That issue is slowly getting better. However, I'm not crazy about the management. Due to my work schedule, it is very hard for me to get into the office so I have to call in maintenance requests, etc. Luckily I only had to call in a maintenance request on two occassions (like I said, it is a great apartment), but both times I made numerous phone calls. I ended up having to go into the office to get anything accomplished. Same thing happened when it came time to renew my lease. No one returned my phone calls, I went in to talk to management- no one could help me. Long story short, I had to leave work early on two occassions to take care of it. Needless to say, I will not be residing here after my lease is up. I am a good tenant so I was offended when they acted like they could take or leave my business. I'm sad to go because it is a nice community and I like my neighbors, but they gave me the run around one too many times.
