First off, I am not part of the staff writing on here to boost the score for Marbella Villas. You can check out my prior review for The Enclave in Euless, TX- I believe it is titled "No Hot Water" or "No Hot Water for 16 days". Something to that effect...
I believe that the good and the bad should be reported. Here's a good review.

Grounds: Good, fairly clean. I think that some of the kids who don't pick up their trash around the playground make it a bit more messy- but overall very nice. It's aesthetically pleasing.

Pool: Nice, fairly large. Could use a good old scrub down and vacuum a bit more though.

Staff: Have been excellent to my husband and I. I am very pleased at how they remember my name, take care of/handle issues promptly, and treat their residents.

Maintenance: Just as good. Prompt, polite, and seriously take good care of you.

Apartments: Good, roomy, nice showers (they are HUGE!), and everything is in working running condition. I am having a war with sugar ants, but the staff has been sure to schedule the Orkin guy every other week for me- so there's not much else to be done. My only other gripe is I can hear my neighbor snoring at night- but if that's the worse thing I have to deal with, then it's not that bad.

Community: Every resident I have met here has been extremely friendly and it feels like a nice family community.

When all is tallied up I am vey happy (which makes my husband happy). I will re-post here should this opinion every change. If you don't see a re-post then take it as a good sign!
