I am here 5 months. The quality of your stay as a renter depends on two things,the management and the physical appearance inside and out. The quality in both cases is excellent.
When I moved in, the management corrected any issues immediately. After I moved in, the management continued to play an active role in getting things correceted or done, as promised from the first day I rented, depending on the circumstance. They also continued to be polite, treat you with respect, and truly understand your plight as a renter. They are a good management team, they do their job, besides being nice people. The exterior is kept up nicely, issues on the outside are taken care of immediately. Yes, it would be great if they had covered parking....The management team makes up for it.
Besides being a nice place to be, its location is very good for anybody in business, or who needs to travel the highways. It is a great place to be.
