I have lived at Oak Tree for almost 2 years come January 2006 and I love it. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and how they will go to great lengths to ensure the hapiness of the residents. I am grateful for a maintenance staff that are very promt in fixing all problems. When a request is submitted it is usually fixed the same day, as well as keeping the complex looking and feeling nice and secure.
The management staff are very nice and helpful. As mentioned in other reviews, the electric is on the high side, however I am grateful to live in a community that apprecites it's residents by making it a wonderful place to call home.
