I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. We have only lived there for 5 short months, and are already looking for a way out. The place is a dump. It is falling apart, our kitchen is on it's last leg. The dishwasher does'nt work, it leaks, not only in the kitchen, but into the dining room. Our carpet has started to mold, and wood boards that divide the dining room and living room have become warped from the moisture. They have come up off the floor. A major hazard in the apartment. The bathrooms have rotting shelves, and the doors stick, to where no one can get out. Management does not care, they do not respond to our calls, and our requests by writting. I was not able to see the actual apartment until after the papers had been signed, only viewed a model. Otherwise, I would have left. We will be breaking the lease. But will go about it the legal way, which will take time.
