Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
This place may look fine from the outside, but once your in you will see how bad it can be.
Management has made up a kinds of rules that they don't and can't enforce. They came up with a solution to parking problems, but have yet to enforce the rules and have come up with way to get around the rules.
Management has gotten sloppy and maintance can't seem to get a clue.
