I Richard Duane Smith of Woodlake Apartment Homes, hereby on this day October 30, 2007
hereby give 61 days notice to vacate my apartment due to unsatisfactory maintainence,
unfixed ceiling in den reported during summer, cockroache infestation, even getting in refridgerator
meaning seal doesn't seal and has never been fixed, I asked it to be repaired as it also rattles and clunks, doorknobs not replaced as promised, a beat up and bent patio screendoor was
installed instead of the new one promised to be ordered and installed, hot water never fixed
for use in bathroom and kitchen sinks, after months of asking for hot water,
best I got is hot water in shower at last.
A very pathetic living experience this complex is.
