These units are for sale. Some units are for lease. These are not apartments. The neighbors are friendly and maintenance of property is excellent.
The location of the townhomes are excellent. You have immediate access to Midway, Marsh, Trinity Mills, Frankford, and the Tollway.
The only negative leaving here is having one covered parking space for a three bedroom. However, there is an ample amount of uncovered parking for residences and non-residences.
